Who we are

The Inclusive Community for Advocacy and Development (TICAD) is a non-profit organization whose efforts are guided by three key strategic themes—Community Development, Inclusivity, and Advocacy.

We are committed to promoting sustainable growth and development through advocacy, capacity building initiatives, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Our overarching vision is “to build communities where everyone is supported to reach their potential” by pursuing the recognition of people as valuable assets through humanitarian actions, development programs, and advocacy.

TICAD is committed to empowering individuals and communities, with a special focus on youth development, by creating opportunities for education, skill development, and economic participation.

Through strategic collaborations, we aim to inspire innovation and sustainable growth, ensuring that every individual has the tools they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.

Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.

Our Impact

TICAD “She Learns, She Leads” Initiative

There lies a group of brave and determined young girls in the heart of Warji local government area, Bauchi State whose laughter once echoed through their school classrooms and halls. Yet, their dreams were shattered when hardship and societal norms forced them to abandon their education, leaving their books untouched and their aspirations adrift.

We need your HELP to get 500 girls in the Warji Community back to school.

We plan and support amazing projects that help change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people from across different regions of the country.

We are in search of opportunities to help as many youth as possible. We approach and fund all those who are in need.

We Provide Care

Today’s youth need a helpful hand and right guidance at every stage. Here’s where we take care of them like our own.

Through our campaigns, we help underprivileged children and youth get back to schools for a better future.
